Email Marketing Tips

You can now send a test email easily, right out of the ‘Edit your Email’ page. Just click the button ‘SEND TEST TO MYSELF’ and a copy of the campaign you are working on will be sent to your primary profile address. You can verify more email addresses and change your primary profile address on the ‘verify email addresses’ screen.

When you’re ready to send the campaign to others you’ll need to change the status of your email from ‘In development’ to ‘Ready to send’ using the drop down menu.

IMPORTANT: The LiveWire Campaign website will be unavailable between the hours of 6pm and 7pm (GMT) on Friday 14th September. 

Log in to your LiveWire Campaign account after 7pm on Friday 14th September and you’ll see we’ve been busy making some major changes to the system. 

We’ve improved the interface across the board and made it much easier to send a campaign. There’s a new ‘quick start’ section, so you can jump to the important bits quickly, and a new ‘account settings’ section where you can access all your important information from one place. 

From 7pm Friday you can remove all LiveWire Campaign branding 

In answer to your requests we’ve also made it easy to remove all LiveWire Campaign branding from your emails. From 7pm Friday you can buy a ‘remove LiveWire branding’ voucher from the vouchers section. There are three types of voucher that will remove all references to LiveWire for a period of 1, 6 or 12 months. 

We’ve addressed so many more of your requests, and made so many improvements that we don’t have space to list them all here. Log in to your account after 7pm Friday and you’ll find that they all add up to a much improved package. 

But it doesn’t stop there 

We are committed to continuing our programme of improvements to LiveWire Campaign. Many of the marketing agencies who use the system have asked us create a client management centre, so they can allow their customers to view their campaign reports discreetly in a reporting section set up just for them – so that’s on the agenda for the next deployment. 

If you’ve never sent a LiveWire Campaign, Friday’s the time 

LiveWire Campaign is now so intuitive; you could be sending your first campaign inside 15 minutes. So log in to your account after 7pm on Friday 14th and give it a go!
