NEW Functionality - Contact Reporting

We’ve just added functionality to LiveWire campaign to allow you to view all tracking statistics associated with a user.

This functionality replaces the existing Edit Contact screen, and allows you to do the following for a single contact:

  • View and Edit Contact Details
  • View Summary Information:
  • Status
  • Last Activity
  • Last Campaign Sent
  • Number of Campaigns Sent
  • Number of Campaigns Opened
  • Number of links clicked
  • View lst of all Campaigns sent to contact
  • View list of all Activity by a contact:
    • Opens
    • Clicks
    • Bouncebacks
    • Unsubscribes

    This screen gives you an “at a glance” view of all the interactions you’ve had with a contact using LiveWire Campaign.

      This is excellent functionality but it took me a few clicks before I realised that I had to double click the user in the contacts list to see that contacts specific report. Perhaps this should be changed to a button so that it is more obvious?

      Hi Headpatch,

      Great suggestion - we’ve added a button to the grid which links to the Contact Report page. (Double Clicking does still work).
